Key Accountabilities: To win and develop investment sales opportunities to maximize the return for our clients and meet revenue and profitability targets for Colliers.Formulate and implement Colliers’ strategies for major investment properties in Guangzhou.Proactively identify new business opportunity and achieve business target by maintaining & developing relationship with the clients, developers and CRM related government authorities in order to win new business.Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.Requirements & Qualifications: At least5 years working experiences in property sales & marketing with3 years in investment services in fund, developer or agency firm. Ability to coordinate senior professionals and manage their expectations;Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a proven track recordsIn-depth understanding ofSouth Chinabusiness environment; and sound business acumenUniversity degree or above, majoring at Real Estate Management, Economics, Statistics, Urban Planning or Valuation preferred.Fluent in both Chinese and English in writing and speaking; Working experience in Guangzhou is preferred.
